I went to there looking for a new vehicle but wasn't sure what I want. My sale rep was helpful and very knowledgeable with all of the cars (all the makes and models Coral Springs Auto Mall) they carry. Once he found out my price range, he went over all of the cars that would meet my price range. So I told him some of the features I would like to have on my car and he actually recommended a Buick LaCrosse for me. I test drove the car and loved it. I tried to be a smart consumer and didn't want to buy it out of impulse. I went home and read all the reviews about the car and compare with all of the cars that my sale rep had mentioned. A few days later, I called my sale rep and made sure the car is still available. I told him my ideal out of the door price which he and his manager agreed upon. When I arrived, they had all the paperwork ready for me to sign so I can basically just "sign and drive". Better yet, they actually wash and detail the car before I arrived so I didn't even have to wait for my car to be ready. The whole experience was amazing and I highly recommend for everyone to go to Coral Springs Auto mall.
