I will never go to csmc again. I had my Dr write me a script to a new place and he recommended Aspen Rehabilitation and thank god he did! Aspen is in Coral Springs...a little drive from my house.. but wow that a difference it made. I was better in no time and treated like a REAL person! THANK YOU DR BENDER FOR THE RECOMMENDATION!

Worst treatment ever. Amongst other things, CSMC allowed me to lay in my waste, covered in excrement, etc for 6 hours. Ultimately, they gave me 6 towels and told me to clean myself AND the room, even though I was deathly ill. Guest Relations was initially cordial but, after I complained, they wrote a letter basically telling me "too bad". The way I was treated, as a patient, was, in my opinion, criminal. I can list a solid 25 abuses that I was subjected to. I finally dragged myself out of this hospital, discharging myself because I truly didn't think I'd survive this hospital stay.

Both my daughters were born there and i have been thru the ER a few times. Yes they are very very busy county hospital. At all times treatment and staff were helpful and polite while giving really good care. If you arent a seriuos emergency and the ER is busy you will be there for hours before being seen but if you broke a knee or worse you are in FAST
