I wanted to get my carpets cleaned and so I printed an online coupon and when i brought it in they would not honor it. They told me that those coupons were not supposed to be online and that they do not honor them. The coupon was not expired. They tried to tell me that it was not their coupon but when I showed them their logo and address on the coupon they backpeddled and said that coupon automatically keeps popping back online. The price on the coupon was 39.99 and they told me the price was actually 59.99 and so I left. I will not go back and thats a shame because they usually do a great job washing cars. I know their business is very slow now and not honoring coupons is a great way to make business worse.

I will say this place is pretty good because most of the time it is and I am not dissapointed. However, with that being said, I was dissapointed last time I visited. I told the guy who accepted the car and wrote down what I wanted that I did NOT want a lot of that nasty greasy armourall all over my dash....it looks cheesy and is messy. He said no problem ! Fast forward 10 minutes and my car is ready...I proceed to my car, open the door and there is this huge glare coming from my dash. They armouralled it ! I told them specifically NOT to do it, and they did it. It looked horrible since my car is a brand new 2008 Honda Civic that has a very large cab forward dash that has a large surface area compared to most dashboards. Needless to say, I was very dissapointed. Before that, I had never experienced any problems and had always been satisfied. It is true about the weekends..VERY busy. Weekdays before 5pm are the best. The place is owned and operated by brazilians. Why Brazilians

I love how my car comes out after it has been washed. They pay special attention to detail to the little things. they do always seem to be busy on the weekends, so it's best to go during a weekday. The location is also great because it's not on such a busy street. You can also go next door to get a cold soda.
