I recently underwent a procedure at this surgery center - i was apprehensive about the experience - the nurses were caring and very informative - this was also the best IV insertion i have ever had ( i have had previous experiences where my arm was black and blue for days) - everything was spotless, state of the art equipment and they made the experience, literally, as painless as possible. i would recommend this facility to anyone having an outpatient surgery.

My 14 month old son had tubes put in his ears here. They did a great job in getting us checked in rather quickly and of explaining things before the procedure. Things went smoothly, but I had 2 complaints. One was that the tech who had my son after his surgery smelled like he spilled a bottle of cologne on himself. Twenty minutes later, my son still smelled like this cologne. My other complaint was that we were rushed out of the recovery room. I was in a recliner with wheels, nursing my groggy son and was told that another family needed the room. Frankly, I was not happy about being kicked out before we were ready. They could have wheeled me into another room.
I had a procedure done at the other surgery center in Coral Springs and it was much better there as far as their set up. I would prefer to go back there if I needed something done.

I was terrified when I came here to have a hernia repair surgery. I wasnted to have it done in the hospital and was quite feraked out about an outpatient center. Boy was I wrong - the nurses here were fabulous! They were so comforting and supportive and reassuring. They made me feel safe and secure - they kept me comfortable and soothed my fears. I was in and out in a few hours and felt great!
PROS: Wonderful nursing staff
CONS: none
